REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

At Bel Moda Collection, we thrive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their shopping experiences. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to exchange the product within 14 days of purchase or to offer you a Bel Moda voucher if you cannot find an adequate alternative (you can use the voucher at any time).

 

Please tell us why are you returning/exchanging the item?

a. not the right size

b. not as described on website

c. doesn’t suit me

d. found it cheaper elsewhere

e. other – pls specify

 

To make a return:

– items must be unworn

– they must be in their original packaging with all tags attached

– items must not be damaged or show signs of wear

– receipt or other proof of purchase must be included

To return/exchange an item, this is what you need to do:

– Send the item(s) back, within 14 working days from purchase, to 39 Erlswold Way,

Saxonwold, Johannesburg 2196, South Africa via a courier of your choice, along with proof of purchase and your details.

– Share the receipt of the courier’s invoice so we can refund your courier costs

– We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s).

– Choose a replacing item within 14 working days from purchase, alternatively contact us for a credit voucher
